My family moved to Fort Collins when I was four years old and the population was 15 thousand people! I rode my bike, my horse, or the streetcar all over town to hang out with my friends, go swimming, or play ditchum on horseback around the Colorado A & M farm, which was one block west of College Avenue. I’m an entrepreneur at heart. My husband and I owned several businesses, including a livestock auction company, a 10,000-acre cattle and hay ranch on the Big Laramie River, a gift shop in Old Town, investment properties, and 3 real estate companies. I was a professional horse trainer, competitor, and horse show, judge. After my husband’s death, I became a licensed Realtor, which I continue today, as well as training my own horses. My children and grandchildren are what motivate me and keep me inspired!
